Hi, I'm Laura — Training Neuroscientist, ICF accredited Coach and here to give you the science to help you succeed in business and life

Meet Laura

OK, so my 3 year old definitely likes to keep me on my toes (and by this I mean running to the nearest wine shop to restock!). But what life lessons can we actually learn from a toddler?

And by this I’m thinking more along the lines of being in the moment and less along the lines of licking a public toilet door (true story William 🤮) or this:

Running around after them takes up about 99% brain capacity so it’s taken a while for me to appreciate the lessons that we can learn from them.

Whilst it’s true that kids thankfully don’t have to carry around some of the daily worries we do as adults, we can still learn a thing or two from them and their outlooks.

So, in this episode of LauraTalks I’ll be discussing the 3 main life lessons from a toddler as brought to me by my 3 year old (and I can promise it has nothing to do with licking toilet cubicles!!!)
